Our SBA 504 loan program is designed to help start-up businesses thrive and existing businesses expand and create new jobs. SBA 504 loans offer long-term fixed-rate financing and lower down payments than conventional loans.

MBFC is a nonprofit licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Certified Development Company serving the entire States of Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin in the Midwest. MBFC is also able to assist borrowers in southeast South Dakota, and northwest Iowa.
