Greetings to all of our SBA 504 Loan Borrowers. We hope you enjoyed a rewarding business season throughout all of 2022. As 2022 winds down, we want to let our loan borrowers know that annually the Central Servicing Agent works to finalize all of the year end statements by the end of January.
MBFC will have access to your statement at the end of January 2023. As soon as MBFC is notified that the statements have been finalized, we will be mailing them to you starting the first part of February, 2023.
