Midwest Business Finance Corporation (MBFC) is proud to award a $3,000 VetLoan Advantage Rebate to Amanda and Jason Rolfe, owners of Liila Boutique—a women’s clothing boutique located in Duluth, MN.

This rebate is part of MBFC’s commitment to the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) VetLoan Advantage program. Since launching the rebate initiative in 2014, MBFC has awarded over $222,000 to Veteran-owned businesses as a tribute to the dedication and service of our nation’s military members.

Liila Boutique partnered with MBFC’s Terry Stein on an SBA 504 loan to purchase a commercial property, allowing them to relocate from their previously leased space. Members Cooperative Credit Union, led by Jerad Sikkink in Duluth, MN, served as the lead lender on the project.

Jason Rolfe began his military service in 1999 with the Minnesota Air National Guard as an F-16 aircraft mechanic. He was activated in September 2001 with the 148th Fighter Wing and served on active duty through 2005. Following this, he transitioned to the Public Affairs Unit within the Guard, where he continues to serve. Jason plans to retire in 2026, marking 27 years of dedicated military service.

Thank you Jason Rolfe
for your military service to our Country!
