MBFC FY2025 Milestones:
✅ Expanded our SBA 504 Loan Program service area to include all of Wisconsin, alongside Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa border counties.
✅ Earned the Minnesota SBA 504 Lending Volume Award for the 11th consecutive year.
✅ Approved 97 loans totaling $100.8M in SBA 504 debentures, supporting projects worth $284.5M.
✅ Provided $76K in grants to small business development centers—bringing our 9-year total to over $462K.
✅ Delivered $231K in VetLoan Advantage rebates to veteran-owned businesses over the years.
