MBFC presented an economic development grant to a program operated under the Wright County Economic Development Partnership and the Wright Tech Center (WTC). The “Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities” (CEO) class is a training program offered to a small group of high school juniors and seniors who are focused on opening their own business.
The CEO program teaches leadership, innovation, and encouragement. Area business participate which is essential for mentor-ship and 50-60 location visits/business presentations annually.
Wright Tech Center hosts the CEO class as an accredited extension of a national program offered through the Midland Institute. WTC highlights interests in tech-related fields and offer tech-prep type of courses in grades 7-12 in eight school districts in Wright County, MN.
