MBFC is excited to announce that Prairieland Economic Development Corporation, of Slayton, MN, has officially merged with MBFC. Both of our companies were established in 1983 as Certified Development Companies, providing loans to small businesses via the Small Business Administration 504 loan program.

As Minnesota’s longtime leading SBA 504 lender, MBFC office locations include St. Cloud, Excelsior, Detroit Lakes, Slayton, and West Fargo, ND. We continue to serve all of Minnesota and North Dakota, as well as Western Wisconsin. This merger gives us the opportunity to expand services to the South Dakota counties of Brookings, Deuel, Grant, Lincoln, Minnehaha, and Moody, as well as the Iowa counties of Dickenson, Lyon, and Osceola.
