Supporting Small Business Through Economic Development!

Midwest Business Finance Corporation (MBFC) recently awarded a $2,000.00 grant to the Economic Development Partnership of Wright County, MN. Their mission is to create a healthy and diverse environment for existing, expanding, and new businesses- which in turn creates employment opportunities and enhances the overall economic vitality of the region thereby benefiting the businesses, communities, and citizens of Wright County, MN.

This grant helped support a WTCEO class that connected students with local businesses, giving them hands-on experience in starting and operating a business. Through the Wright Technical Center in Buffalo, MN, students learned directly from business owners, mentors, and a dedicated class facilitator.
