Supporting Small Business through SBDCs

MBFC recently awarded a grant of $5,000.00 to Minnesota’s North Central Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Brainerd, MN.

The North Central SBDC program serves the Minnesota counties of Aitkin, Cass, Chisago, Crow Wing, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Morrison (northern half), Pine, Todd and Wadena counties. The SBDC provides consulting, training, and research to assist small businesses to start, grow and transition at no-cost to the SBDC clients.

MBFC appreciates the partnership with the North Central SBDC and their important guidance and resources given to the small business community.  The SBDC’s responsive and proactive approach to training and consultation is certainly a great asset to entrepreneurs!
