Supporting Small Business Through Economic Development!

MBFC recently awarded a $2,000.00 grant to the Wright County Economic Development Partnership. Headquartered in Buffalo, MN, WCEDP’s mission is to create a healthy and diverse environment for existing, expanding, and new businesses- which in turn creates employment opportunities and enhances the overall economic vitality of the region thereby benefiting the businesses, communities, and citizens of Wright County, MN.

WCEDP helps support future entrepreneurs by supporting the Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities (CEO) which is a new class from the Wright Technical Center that provides lessons on learning how to start and operate businesses. Students learn from business owners, mentors as well as a class facilitators.

MBFC appreciates the partnership with Wright County Economic Development Partnership and their important guidance and resources given to the small business community!
